Stateline Realty was formed in 2004 by the O''Hearn family. Kevin, Lisa and Tim O'Hearn handle just about every aspect of running the propeprty from things like mowing the grass, to fixing small plumbing issues, to holding open houses for vacancies. When you need to call your landlord with any kind of an issue, you will be dealing directly with one of the O'Hearn family members.
Besides being landlords...
The O'Hearn family members aren't just landlords. Kevin has been a machinist since 1980. He works full time as machinist Monday through Friday. Lisa is a bookkeeper Monday through Friday, she works full time also, but not just at one company. Several positions at smaller companies have Lisa working for different companies each day. Tim works full time as a medical laser technician.
